EAG was founded with over 25 years of combined customer service, training, mortgage, real-estate, sales and marketing experience. Its founders are not just believers in the services we offer you today, but they made themselves successful utilizing its principles: two entrepreneurs, one with a need to efficiently expand a thriving outsource-based customer service agency, and the other with a desire to be free from the responsibly of some of the day to day demands of a successful private brokerage.  Each inspired by an idea that would not only accomplish their desired goals; it would also birth a company dedicated to bring small businesses and individual service providers alike real solutions to their similar pressing needs.

EAG is pleased to now serve customers all over United States and Canada, and will be a cornerstone in the expanding global VA industry.
